The feedback module is used to gather feedback from browsers on your site.
When you get into the feedback module, you are given a list of the different feedback items that have been submitted.
Click on the view button to view a feedback ticket. This will open up a window showing the full information on the relevant feedback item. From here, you can edit the text of the ticket, which is useful for appending notes to the ticket. You can also use the delete button (located next to the view button) to delete tickets submitted.
